    The University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA) operates on the basis of the permission granted by the Minister of Science and Higher Education in 1998. The Act on Higher Education of July 14th, 2014 and the regulations issued in implementation of the Act as well as the College Statute provide legal framework for the WSPA University College operation.
